School Chaplain
As community school chaplain, the chaplain has a specific mission towards the sprtual care and faith deelopment of the entire school population and the promotion of apostolic activities within the school. The chaplain works with the secondary school pupils, their teachers and parents to build up a school community permeated by the Gospel spirit of freedom and love.
The chaplain has concern for the religious wellbeing of the school as a whole, recognising and respecting that some will be of faiths other than my own and some of no faith at all.
The chapain has responsibility for establishing and developing a relationship with each pupil with a view to being available to them as spiritual guide and faith frend. This means meeting them on a one-
